Yesterday I posted pics of BeYaki attending the Movie's Rock party in LA. I noted at the time how BeYaki's hips are conveniently here today and gone tomorrow. Here's a photo of B taken yesterday at LAX airport. Notice her hips are nonexistent? In fact she's not even shapely. just thick in the thighs with no definition between her hips and her waist. We already know BeYaki wears false bottoms but does she wear hip pads too?

Pimp C, real name Chad Butler -- and one half of the rap duo UGK, was
found dead in a hotel room this morning. He was 33.

L.A. County Fire responded to a 911 call at the Mondrian Hotel, located on trendy Sunset Strip in Hollywood. They arrived to his sixth floor hotel room to find him dead in bed.

UGK is best known for appearing on the Jay-Z track "Big Pimpin'" in 2000, and more recently with Outkast on the song "International Player's Anthem (I Choose You)."

Jay Z's American Gangster Causes Massive Layoffs at Def Jam

The entire industry is buzzing about the latest round of lay offs at Island Def Jam Records. You recall the previous round of lay offs affected my inside source who supplied me with valuable insider information. I no longer have a source inside the camp, but people have been hitting me up with information nonetheless.

Apparently, Jay Z's "American Gangster" was such a dismal failure that Def Jam was forced to fire everyone involved with the project. Those taking the hit included A&R people and a few of Jay Z's closest associates. Even an independent record label under the Def Jam umbrella silently got the axe.

None of the major artists on the roster were affected by the cuts though. President of Island Urban Music, Jermaine Dupri's newest signee Rocko Da Don's contract is safe for the time being. He is busy putting the finishing touches on his new album to be released early next year.

Several sources say that the millions Def Jam poured into Jay Z's concept album - which failed to crack the platinum ceiling 4 weeks out - has maxed out Def Jam's budget for the next fiscal quarter. Sources speculate that Jay Z promised Def Jam CEO L.A. Reid a golden egg but he couldn't deliver.

One source even told me, "when you add up all the money Def Jam has lost since Jay Z came on board, it's a no-brainer that Jay Z makes terrible business decisions."

T.I. Covers Rap-Up magazine

RAP-UP magazine was recently given exclusive access to T.I.'s luxury digs in Jonesboro for an in-depth interview. The magazine features shots of T.I. looking fit and well-nourished at home. T.I. was arrested on October 13 and charged with multiple weapons violations. A judge released T.I. on bond with strict conditions which include home confinement and 24/7 monitoring.

T.I. shares how he maintains his fast-paced lifestyle, his plans to marry his girlfriend Tiny, staying out of trouble, his friendship with Suge Knight and Jay-Z, and retiring from rap.

"It's definitely not the look I'm going for. I'm working diligently, daily, to try to reform, and rectify these things. But until I do, I need everybody to bare with me. If they can't bare with me one way, they gonna have to bare with me another."

The magazine features two covers for its December/January '08 issue. The other cover is Nicole Scherzinger.

Today will be a slow news day on this blog unless Chris Brown and his manager fesses up to their sordid affair.

Tomorrow I am determined to launch my new website at www.sandrarose.com. I've been working hard on it this past week. Paola's design is really awesome. She captured my essence in her design. My friends were blown away by the new site.

Many thanks to Courtney over at Crush Labs for helping me to modify the design. Wordpress is a royal pain in the butt! Even if you have a good grasp of html you will have problems with custom themes in Wordpress. Going from Blogger (with it's easy interface) to Wordpress has been nothing short of a nightmare.

This blog will be closed after today. So join me over on my new blog in the morning. Thank you all for your patience and perseverance.

By the way, you will have to register again on the new blog in order to post comments. Your first comment must be approved by me. After that you are welcome to post comments freely. Blind Item: Downlow Female Celebrity

This is one of Myra Pinache's infamous Blind Items. I'm usually good at guessing some of these Blind Items but this one has me stumped. I have NO clue who this could be about. I'm posting this so my readers can take a shot at guessing who it is while I sit back in the cut.

This black female celebrity is very famous but she continues to make bad choices in regards to her personal life. The pain from her failed romances led her to embark on a very downlow relationship (for two years) with a black actress (who has only appeared in a few films).

This actress seems to be in love with our famous female but the love is not reciprocated. Our female celebrity only uses her (for affection) when a failed romance with a man goes awry.

Sadly, the little known actress has become like a sick puppy around the famous female. Their discreet relationship now resembles that of a domanitrix and slave. She jumps at her commands and she does all the house work and cooking. She's become a flunky and lackey.

And, when our famous female gets tired of her, she kicks her to the curb without warning and tells her not call.

Then, like clockwork, when our famous female has another failed romance, she lets the actress back into her life.

Our famous female is so desperate to find a husband, she attends all the industry events with the big hollywood players and all the sporting events.

Despite her good looks, many of these men date interracially exclusively and this leaves her out in the cold.

When a man does hook up with her, the relationship always seems to end after a few months.

Hints: It's "not" Gabrielle Union, Halle Berry or Beyonce and the little known actress is not known outside of the black community. (Source: Panache Report)

Amy Winehouse looks like she's on the verge of a nervous break down. London's Daily Mail reports that a disheveled Amy appeared barefoot and half naked in the street outside a friend's home in London on Sunday.

She was distraught and crying as the paps snapped away. Witnesses said Amy appeared to be looking for someone - probably her husband Blake who is locked away in the cells for witness tampering which they apparently take very seriously in London.

Some form of intervention is needed here. But her label probably hopes she kills herself since there's more money to be made off dead celebrities.

Two Men, One Senseless Law

3,000 fans attended the funeral of Washington Redskins star safety Sean Taylor in Miami, Florida today. 3,000 people who will never get to see Sean Taylor catch an interception or sack an opposing quarterback because of a senseless law that seeks to deprive black men of their right to bear arms.

Gun control opponents will fight tooth and nail to protect their right to bear arms, but secretly they prefer not to see that right extended to black men. The law that prohibits convicted felons from owning or being in possession of guns is nothing more than federally mandated gun control.

Keeping guns out of the hands of convicted felons is unfair to their families and unfair to those who have paid their debt to society. The problem with the law is not that it simply doesn't work, but that it prevented a good man like Sean Taylor from protecting his family and his home.

If Sean Taylor had a gun in his home last Monday, the outcome would have been very different. A machete is no match for a gang of lawless teens with a handgun.

Some of George Bush's Enron friends are convicted felons. Yet you can bet they have guns in their homes to protect their families. And if they ever have to use those guns in self defense, I'm sure they won't be fined $3 million in cash and placed on home confinement.

Does it make sense that Sean Taylor is dead and T.I. is deprived of the right to provide for his family due to a senseless law? I'm not saying every convicted felon is a family man who has turned his life around, but even convicted felons who have served their debt to society, have the right to be safe from crime.

Cham surprised me when I heard him speak recently. He is a very deep and intellectual brother. As you know Cham was the first rapper to release a rap CD without offensive language or lyrics that are degrading to women.

Miami police have identified Eric Rivera, 17, as the trigger man in the death of Washington Redskins star Sean Taylor. Rivera and 3 accomplices are behind bars while Taylor's family and friends prepare to bury him in Miami today (12/3).

While Rivera had a few minor run ins with the law, his friends described him as "fun loving" and "kind".

But on Rivera's Myspace page are photos that demonstrate the lust for money that drove him and his accomplices to target Sean Taylor's house. Other photos show a young man who's idyllic family life consisted of frequent family get-togethers and vacations.

Rivera adored his little sister whom he referred to as "my life line," and his mom who he called "the boss."

But a seemingly stable family life that included both parents in the home didn't stop Rivera from ending the life of another. Rivera logged into his Myspace page on Saturday. His mood was "pissed off." On Sunday, his page was marked as private.

Most of my regular readers know that if I am wrong about something I will admit it. Earlier this week I wrote a post titled Why Are Females So Concerned About This Woman? In the post I stated Angel aka "Lola Luv" did not have cosmetic surgery to enhance her buttocks.

Some of my readers literally emailed me a hundred photos of Lola Luv in all manner of undress to prove their point that Lola had buttocks implants. A few of the photos gave me pause because her butt did look smaller. But I wasn't convinced until I received an email from loyal reader Kellie with the above photo attached.

Mannie Fresh's Sister Murdered

Mannie Fresh's sister was murdered Wednesday night in her New Orleans home during an apparent home invasion. Angela Bryant's 2 young children were found tied up in the home. Sadly, this news has not been picked up by the mainstream media. In fact if you Google Mannie Fresh, there are only 5 stories pertaining to this tragic event. Only one outlet carrying the story (MTV) is national.

Angela Bryant, 42, was found dead early Thursday and her 1998 Lexus was missing from the home, according to a local television station WWLTV.

Bryant, a newlywed, was slain on Wednesday between the hours of 10 pm and midnight, reports say. Bryant was married in October and police said that there was no sign of a forced entry.

Bryant’s husband was in Atlanta on a trip and returned to New Orleans this afternoon.

According to reports, police are interested in talking to Bryant’s ex-husband and seeking a motive for the murder.

The last time most of you heard about the R&B group Nephu was when they were involved in a small controversy surrounding R.Kelly and the song "Same Girl" which Nephu recorded first. The song was passed over to R. Kelly who recorded it with Usher. Some of Nephu's hardcore supporters took offense to that and an email campaign ensued. "Same Girl" was a dismal failure for R.Kelly which was no surprise.

Foxy Brown jail house interview

In an interview with the Metro newspaper, rapper Foxy Brown says she will be a changed woman when she gets out of prison:

Wendy Williams exposes the fraud that is Jay Z in this week's edition of Hip Hop Weekly. According to Wendy, Jay Z has a ghostwriter in Canada named Famous.

In the video above, Famous (who is either the real deal or a Stan) discusses how he prepared himself to write the lyrics for "American Gangster". First of all, who doesn't know that Jay Z has no talent and can't read above the 5th grade level?

Her name is Angel Lola Luv, and she is a video model. Her claim to fame is not the videos she has appeared in, it's her ample rear end. The subject of her buttocks has become a hot topic on message boards across the country. Females are besides themselves worrying about another woman's assets - but they will be the first to scream they are not gay.

Why do these females care so damn much about Angel? Are they jealous? Do they think she will take their men? A chick called me yesterday waking me up to ask me if I thought Angel's butt was real! The debate rages on message boards where women who don't have medical degrees dissect and analyze this girls' butt. Their conclusions: Angel has butt implants.

For the record, my opinion is Angel's buttocks are all natural. This is coming from someone with years of experience in the medical field and with the female body.

Angel was blessed to be born with a body that is not perfect: her hips and ass are out of proportion to the rest of her body. A lot of women (and men) from Ethiopia and Eritrea are shaped like that. It doesn't mean they all have butt implants.

Usher speaks on the birth of his son

The first child born to Tameka Foster-Raymond and Usher Raymond IV is a boy. Ryan Cameron of the Ryan Cameron Show (WVEE V-103) got the news exclusively from the horse's mouth during a phone call earlier today.

Usher Raymond V was born at 9:59 pm last night at an Atlanta area hospital. He weighed 7 lbs, 9 oz and is 21.5 inches long. The happy couple are "going back and forth" on a middle name for the baby. "I'm officially in the club," said an emotional Usher who told Ryan to say, "hey daddy," when he's out in the clubs.

Usher told Ryan he helped with the delivery. "I did it all, I did what I had to do," he said. Usher and Tameka were married in a private ceremony on September 1st.

Yesterday I told you about a scintillating rumor involving an alleged intimate relationship between teen heartthrob Chris Brown and his manager of 2 years. Well, CB's reps wasted no time releasing a statement today denying an improper relationship between the manager and her young client.

I have just received word of a huge scandal which threatens to disrupt the Chris Brown/Bow Wow tour. The tour kicks off on December 6 in Cincinnati. Normally I wouldn't report a story like this without solid proof. But my source is well-placed and very credible.

This is the same source who gave me the scoop on Tameka Foster's pregnancy before anyone else reported it. I have learned never to doubt my source.

The young girls who have followed Chris Brown's career since the beginning will not be happy with this news.

Apparently, rumors are flying about Chris Brown and his manager. The drama behind the scenes has become so disruptive that it threatens the start of the tour. My source tells me exclusively that Chris Brown has been intimate with his manger since she met him at the tender age of 16! And furthermore, he is "madly in love with her."

For those who are not familiar with her, Chris Brown's manager was the Senior Vice President of A&R at Def Jam when she met the young singer and attempted to sign him. She was also instrumental in signing Ne-Yo to Def Jam.

When Def Jam merged with Roc-A-Fella Records, she was forced to resign. According to Chris, who was by then smitten with the older woman, "When that happened, I asked her to be my manager, and she was happy to. She took me to Warner Brothers and Jive to look for other deals, and I ended up picking Jive at the end of the day."

This explains why Chris has never been known to have a girlfriend. Apparently, Chris' mom Joyce recently became aware of the situation and is not at all happy. "That's where the drama comes in," says my source. They say a mother always knows - but the happy couple managed to keep their relationship under wraps for 2 years.

Polow Da Don leaks new Usher track

Atlanta producer Polow Da Don (or someone close to him) leaked a new track from Usher's upcoming album which is tentatively scheduled for a March '08 release. The track called "Make Love in this Club" has not caught fire on the internet and no one is talking about it.

This is just another in a list of "new" tracks from Usher's album that has been leaked on the internet. None of the songs have created a buzz for Usher's new album which I'm told has Ush a little worried.

Look who kissed and made up

Some of you may recall the spat between Raymond "Benzino" Scott, the ex-publisher of the Source magazine, and Julia Beverly, the female publisher of Ozone magazine that occurred back in 2005.

The war of words escalated into verbal threats and racist insults left by Benzino on Julia's voicemail. Somehow the voicemail was made public and Benzino's cowardly ways were exposed to the hip hop nation for the first time.

On the tape, Benzino dropped such verbal gems as, "slut monkey" and "cracker b*tch". Benzino was upset because Julia wrote an unflattering article about him. You can listen to the tape here, but be warned: there is excessive profanity.

Judging from the photo above, it looks as though the two have kissed and made up. The photo was taken last weekend at DJ Khaled's birthday party in Florida.

Oprah Meets With Victim, Another Oprah Scandal Brewing

Oprah Winfrey recently flew to South Africa to meet with the 12-year-old student who blew the whistle on sexual and physical abuse at Oprah's school. The secret meeting took place amid rumors that Oprah was ignoring the girl and her family after they went public with abuse allegations. According to a family member, Oprah previously refused to meet with the girl who was not invited to the meeting where Oprah handed out cell phones to the other students. The girl has not been back to the school since she spoke out.

"The meeting went well. It took about two hours, and I appreciate that Oprah took time to listen," the girl's father told PEOPLE exclusively. The session with Winfrey included him, his wife and their daughter. "Oprah looked beautiful and was so easy to talk to. It went very smoothly."

Meanwhile, there is a brewing scandal closer to home: An ex-employee of Harpo Productions claims to have hours of recorded conversations which threaten to blow the lid off of Oprah's private life. He even developed a website hoping to secure a publisher for a book deal.

The info on the site reads: "An office manager at Harpo broke his silence and his confidentiality agreement when he spoke freely about Oprah Winfrey's private life and business affairs. Keifer Bonvillain underestimated one of the world's most powerful women when he, armed with clandestinely recorded tapes, decided to write a 'tell-all' book unmasking the famed celebrity. Within days of Harpo learning about the book, two men were attempting to break into Keifer's home - presumably to get the tapes. Oprah was desperate to keep the truth from being revealed . . . The fallout was Keifer's highly publicized arrest."

This guy claims that the Harpo employee may have been involved in "blatant discrimination . . . This CEO not only knows about these practices . . . she condones them . . . 2 years ago, a young kid approached me in the Vision nightclub parking lot and introduced himself as "Bad Holiday". In the next two minutes he detailed his 2-year plan: where he saw himself in the next 2 years and how he was going to get there. "You'll see," he said, "remember my name."

Well, I didn't remember his name even though I programmed "Bad Holiday" into my phone. A month later when the name "Bad Holiday" came up on my caller ID, I assumed it was a code word to myself not to answer the call. So I ignored the calls. The name came up so many times that I started to get worried. A year later, Holiday approached me again at a party and asked "WHY DON'T YOU ANSWER YOUR PHONE?" Lol.

The buff kid from the parking lot had reincarnated himself as "DJ Holiday" and he was now one of the top DJs in Atlanta. Thanks to his business-like demeanor and his humble attitude, DJ Holiday has made a name for himself in record time. While others are mostly talk and very little action, Holiday hustled and put himself in front of the right people, always making sure to mention his 2-year plan.

Born in Germany, Robert "DJ Holiday" Avery made his way to the Eastside of Georgia by the age of five and has called it home ever since. Kelly Rowland contemplated quitting

According to a reader over at Thatgrapejuice.net, Kelly Rowland almost broke down on stage during her Philadelphia concert at the House of Blues last week. Apparently, Kelly is still upset that promoters in Atlanta reduced her ticket prices to 75 cents because tickets to Kelly's show weren't selling briskly enough.

Kelly told her Philadelphia fans that she appreciated them for paying full face value for her tickets. Here's what the concert goer had to say about Kelly's break down:

Kelly Killed it............It was a little short but Kelly worked it out. She did a mix of songs from Work, Stole, Cant Nobody, Comeback, This Is Love, Like This, Bad Habit, and DC3 stuff like Say My Name, Survivor, Bug A Boo, Soldier and Bootylicious. Jay Z Stumbles to No. 8

According to Nielsen SoundScan, Jay Z's much-acclaimed conceptual CD "American Gangster" has tumbled all the way to No. 8 on the charts with 130,000 units sold in it's second week. That's an abysmal nose dive of 69% which is reminiscent of the whopping 79% drop off in 2nd week sales for "Kingdom Come" last year.

Much was made of Jay Z tying the long dead Elvis Presley for 10 No. 1 debuts - a feat that would be impossible if not for Def Jam buying up 250,000 copies of "American Gangster" in the first week.

And I would be remiss if I didn't point out that Jay Z's two week total sales of 556,400 still doesn't come close to Alicia Keys' one week sales of 742,400. Hell, at this rate, Jay Z's four week sales won't even total Alicia's first week.

By New Year's, Jay Z's "American Gangster" will drop out of the top 50, and his fans will be left to contemplate the God MC's fall from grace.

T.I., Ryan Cameron Raise $166k for Charity

Rapper T.I. and V-103 radio host Ryan Cameron (The Ryan Cameron Show) spearheaded a campaign that raised $166,000 for Hosea's Feed the Hungry in less than three hours during Cameron's show yesterday.

The spontaneous pledge came about when two weeks ago, the charity’s Executive Director, Mrs. Elizabeth Omilami informed Cameron that the Hosea Williams Foundation had lost the support of a $150,000 donor.

Cameron, who is a major supporter of the charity, organized a conference call that evening between Mrs. Omilami and T.I., who agreed to help.

Yesterday T.I. and Ryan called on their respective celebrity friends to help during the Ryan Cameron show, which airs from 2-6pm on V103 (WVEE-FM).

T.I. Challenges Evidence in Weapons Case

Clifford Harris aka "T.I." and his attorneys fired the first salvo in defense of the federal case against him.

According to the AP, T.I. filed motions Monday in U.S. District Court seeking to suppress evidence seized from his vehicle and statements he made to feds on the day of his arrest.

His attorneys claim his Range Rover was searched without a warrant and items seized during that search cannot be used as evidence against him. The attorneys also want a judge to throw out statements T.I. made on Oct. 13 - the day he was arrested in a shopping center parking lot while attempting to take possession of automatic weapons and silencers from his bodyguard.

The motions also allege improper detainment and claim Harris' rights may have been violated.

Harris who is under house arrest, released a video statement last week thanking the judge for giving him bond and allowing him to await trial in the comfort of his Jonesboro mansion, "instead of, you know, the clear alternative."

On Thanksgiving day, the Grand Hustle family and Atlantic Records will donate 400 turkeys to needy families in Atlanta. And Harris intends to reach out to his celebrity friends to raise cash for Hosea's Feed the hungry.

Harris faces up to 10 years and $250,000 fine on each weapons charge.

Big Tigger interviewed Ne-Yo about the drama on the R Kelly Pedophile Tour. As you know, Ne-Yo was unceremoniously dumped by R Kelly after only 2 stops on the tour. Ne-Yo repeatedly told Tigger that he didn't want any beef with the Pied Piper, "but, as a person, I might have lost a little respect [for him]."

"We dealt with it for as long as we could," said Ne-Yo, "all the silly stuff - can't nobody be in the hallway when he walk through." Ne-Yo said R Kelly commandeered all 7 of the dressing rooms on the first stop of the tour - leaving no dressing rooms for Ne-Yo or his dancers. Ne-Yo also said his good reviews may have ruffled R Kelly's feathers.

Ne-Yo also discussed his confusion at Keyshia Cole's meltdown in Columbus, Georgia when she refused to go on before Ne-Yo. He said he would love to talk to Keyshia to see what the issue was.

Does Jay Z know about this? My informants tell me that Julissa who used to date footballer Miss honey Larry Johnson a few years ago, organized a birthday party for him at Club Cain in NY last night.

I'm told Julissa was all over miss honey all night long even though he is not thinking about her. Poor thing was trying so hard. Word is that LJ used Julissa as a punching bag in the past. But you didn't hear that from me.

If you are a regular reader, you know that LJ and Jay Z - who was noticeably absent form the party - used to be roommates until bloggers outed them. Now Julissa, who bounced from show to show on BET networks, has been trying to get back in LJ's good graces. No word on how Julissa is paying her bills. Timbaland welcomes a baby girl

Producer Timbaland and his fiancee Monique welcomed a baby girl today according to one of my well-placed sources. The couple named the baby Reign and mother and baby are doing fine. Timbaland and Monique are engaged to be married.

All Hip Hop reports that Monique is none too happy about being portrayed by the mass media as an "office fling". The couple have been together for a minute and she wants to be recognized as more than just a jump off. Congratulations to them.

Ne-Yo Booted From R Kelly Tour

There's always drama whenever R.Kelly goes out on tour. The troubled singer who is currently awaiting trial on child pornography charges for videotaping sex acts with a minor, has dropped Ne-Yo from the tour.

According to a press release, Shaffer Smith aka Ne-Yo was informed that he was being dropped from the rest of the R Kelly tour after delivering two sensational performances. Entertainment reporters, music critics, bloggers, fans, and concert goers all agreed that Ne-Yo's performances brought the heat; but maybe it brought too much heat.

"He's written hit songs for Beyonce "Irreplaceable" and Rihanna "Unfaithful" (spending a combined 19 weeks at #1 on the Hot 100), said Tango, Ne-Yo's business partner and manager. He's written songs slated to be on Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Lionel Richie, and Enrique Iglesias' new albums. In a recent article in Ebony Magazine, the king of pop, Michael Jackson, referred to him as one of the artists that impresses him most. The fans were really feeling his performances. He's good; maybe he's too good – that's the problem."

R.Kelly's camp sited the lack of a signed contract as the reason Ne-Yo was dropped. "I don't understand their actions because I was rehearsing, doing media, promoting the tour, and performing, said Ne-Yo. In my opinion, I was doing everything possible to make the tour a success. I love being on stage in front of fans because of the immediate feedback you get. You know right away if they are feeling you; and they were really feeling our show."

The Pedophile Tour continues with Keyshia Cole and J. Holiday. Meanwhile, Ne-Yo is currently gearing up for his star-studded Masquerade Ball which takes place at a private location on December 5th in Atlanta.

These pics were the talk of the day on message boards across the Internet. Many posters argued that Madonna should wax and pluck her 11-year old daughter Lourdes' unibrow and mustache. While others argued that the kid is 11-years-old and should not be subject to adult vanity.

On the other hand, there was an intense discussion on Black Voices about Jasmine Guy not aging well. 43-year-old Guy played the spoiled, well-to-do Whitley Gilbert on A Different World.

Sure Jasmine has a few age lines and a couple of liver spots, but she still looks good. There aren't too many women who look cute after 40. And those that do only have a few more years to gloat until the beauty fades. Aging is an inevitable side effect of growing old. It's more important to praise an individual's character and personality than looks because after the beauty fades, that's all we have left.

Toothy teen idol Chris Brown isn't as popular as he thinks he is. Chris, who obviously thought he was an A-lister, tried to gain entry into an A-list American Music Awards after party only to be denied because the organizers didn't know who he was:

One music industry insider who has gone to many award shows and after-parties said, "The door was being run by a woman who was nuts - she didn't know anyone and would literally ask people like Chris Brown, 'What do you want?' when they approached her and her many security guards. Last week R. Kelly's longtime publicist Regina Daniels released a statement saying she resigned as his publicist after 14 years of loyal service. "I have always prided myself on professionalism, respect and loyalty," says Daniels. "I ended my relationship with Kelly because there are some lines you just don't cross."

That last sentence sparked wild rumors - one of which is gaining traction in the industry: Sources say R. Kelly asked Mrs. Daniels and her husband George Daniels to lie for him on the stand during a recent hearing for his child pornography case. Regina Daniels quit the next day.

In a statement Wednesday, George Daniels, a prominent record retailer, said: "I have also disassociated myself from Kelly."

Mike Vick turns himself in to begin serving sentence

According to ESPN, Michael Vick made arrangements Monday with the U.S. Marshall Service to voluntarily turn himself in to begin serving his sentence before his sentencing hearing on Dec. 10.

Vick's reps say he is not turning himself in due to any violation or crime he has committed. Vick, who was confined to his Virginia home every night from 9 pm to 6 am, will likely get time shaved off the back end of his sentence for beginning his sentence early.

In a desperate move to boost falling ratings of his once-popular reality show 'The Apprentice', Donald Trump has abandoned the show's original corporate exec search concept for an all-celebrity cast. Omarosa is one of 14 celebrities who will vy for $250,000 cash to go to their favorite charities.

Omarosa, whose 15 minutes were finally exhausted last year, was given a fresh 15 minutes to spice things up on the show. When asked why she returned, Omarosa answered, "I did it for redemption."

Obscene BeYaki Billboard Comes Down

Not everyone is a BeYaki fan and now a local radio station in Las Vegas knows it. A billboard that featured BeYaki in a skimpy bikini was pulled down over the weekend amid protests that the billboard was obscene and distasteful.

Las Vegas residents were so angered over the billboard that they organized protests and complained to the FCC and the local environmental protection board.

The local radio station that erected the board also got an earful from listeners who threatened to move up the dial to another station if the billboard didn't come down. A station manager finally cracked under pressure and ordered the billboard removed saying, "We didn't realize there were no Beyonce fans in Las Vegas."

Quick - what's the most difficult job in the entertainment industry right now? Answer: It's R.Kelly's publicist! Who in their right mind would want to be the publicist of a notorious child molester - even if the man can sing?

Well, the Pied Piper's longtime publicist has had enough and bounced. Regina Daniels, wife of Chicago mom-and-pop record store legend George Daniels, turned in her resignation in August.

That means the publicist who left me about 5 voicemails asking me to cover R.Kelly's concert is new. She must be new if she doesn't read my blog and know how I feel about him.

Thanks to Str8HipHop for the pres release. At least someone in Chicago has a conscience.

Friends and Colleagues – After careful consideration and counsel, I have decided to formally announce my resignation as publicist for R&B artist R. Kelly.

My resignation was effective as of August 28, 2007. Throughout the course of my 25 years as a publicist, I have prided myself on loyalty, respect and professionalism. It saddens me that I was not always shown those same courtesies during my 14 year tenure as Mr. Kelly's publicist.

Zahara is legally Angelina Zolie and Brad Pitt's daughter. So says Dr. Tsegaye Berthe, head of the Wide Horizons for Children Agency. According to Dr. Berthe, Angie and Brad adopted Zahara in 2005, and the adoption has since been ruled legal by the agency.

Philips Arena in Atlanta was the 2nd stop on the R.Kelly Tour last night. And, yes, Keyshia Cole showed up and actually performed, though her performance was described as "lazy" and lackluster. Missy Elliott joined her on stage and was greeted with enthusiastic applause from an audience that was bored to tears by Keyshia.

I was invited (numerous times) by R.Kelly's publicist to shoot this concert but as I explained in an earlier post - I do not support child molesters in any way.

Apparently, there are thousands of people in Atlanta and other cities who are willing to ignore the fact that Kells peed on a 14-year-old girl, committed sodomy and other acts of depravity on an innocent child who, by law, cannot give consent.

But, hey, as long as he can sing that's all that matters, right? So more power to those of you who support that monster. Hopefully, the same thing won't happen to any of your children.

Anyway, the Philips Arena was the spot if you wanted to see celebrities. Jermaine Dupri, Janet Jackson, Monica, Young Jeezy, Ciara, Ronnie DeVoe (New Edition), Polow Da Don and others turned out to see the show and be seen.

I spoke to Monica a few days ago about attending the concert. She said she would be front and center. I expressed my concerns about the video of R.Kelly urinating on a child. Monica was shocked at the allegations, but she said she never saw the video and a man is innocent until proven guilty. "Are you sure it was him?" she asked me.

Here's a pic of Queen Latifah and her longtime girlfriend Jeanette Jenkins leaving the Crunch gym in West Hollywood yesterday. Latifah tells her friends she loves to accompany Jeanette to the gym to watch her work out.

Latifah also remarks that the most lifting she does in the gym is when she's answering her cell phone or lifting her water bottle to her mouth. That explains why she hasn't dropped a pound in the 3 years the couple have been together. Keyshia Cole Showed Up, Showed Out, and Refused to Perform at R.Kelly Concert

As you know R.Kelly's concert tour kicked off in Columbus, GA last night. The lineup includes Ne-Yo, Keyshia Cole and J. Holiday.

Well, acording to STYLE RAZZI, Keyshia kicked up a fuss backstage and refused to perform! Her diva attitude was in full effect and she refused to go on before Ne-Yo, who she considers to be less of a diva than she is. Thankfully, Ne-Yo is always a gentleman and went on before Mrs. wannabe Jay Jenkins.

The concert line-up was as follows: J. Holiday opens the show followed by Keyshia Cole, then Ne-yo, and then closing it out is R. Kelly. Well, it seems as though Keyshia felt she is more of a star than Ne-yo and refused to go on before him!!!!!!! After J. Holiday closed his set, Keyshia's band came on stage for a few minutes and then left the stage without even playing a single tune. Ne-yo's band came out and Ne-yo performed.

So basically, KEYSHIA COLE DIDN'T PERFORM IN COLUMBUS BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO GO ON STAGE BEFORE NE-YO. Word is that she also complained about her dressing room being too small!!!!!! Most clubgoers don't realize that when a club advertises a celebrity appearance, that celebrity is often paid thousands in cash for a block of their time. This is why artists like Sean Combs - who commands $60,000 for a club appearance - arrives late, stays 45 minutes and jets out the back door.

In those 45 minutes, fans are treated to a few glimpses of the celeb, if they see him at all. It's a slap in the face to fans who stand in line often for hours and pay upwards of $300 to be in the same room with some of these celebs.

Last night, Alicia Keys kept her fans waiting for hours while she sat in her care sipping tea while a club promoter scrambled to find $4,000 to pay her to attend her own party at the Pacha nightclub in midtown Manhattan.

According to the NY Daily news, Club promoters had rented out the nightclub Pacha in midtown to fete the beauty's new album, "As I Am," and had allegedly negotiated her appearance to the tune of $15,000. But missing money kept the singer circling the block for nearly an hour while the promoters hustled to find $4,000 to get Keys out of her car and into the club.

"These promoters were digging in their pockets, looking for cash, and were still short," said another source. "The owner of the club even offered to pay the remainder of the owed money himself, just to get her in the club."

That's where fans who'd paid $25 a pop were waiting, says the spywitness: "One eight-months-pregnant lady, who is an Alicia Keys superfan, showed up and waited for hours just to see her."

Keys' manager, Jeff Robinson, told us, "This is the first I've heard of that," when we asked him about the lack of payment. "I never heard she was getting paid at all." (Source: NY Daily News)

It looks like the rumors about Fantasia and Young Dro being a couple are true. I have confirmed through a very reliable source that Fantasia and Dro are a couple and she spends most of her free time with him while she's recording her album in Atlanta. My source can't confirm whether or not she is pregnant, but we will all know in due time.

I want to express my gratitude as a black woman to Dro for being a real man and dating a sistah when it would be so easy for him to follow the current trend of dating LSWLH women. Much respect to that brotha.

Movement to stop BeYaki from covering Aaliyah's "One in a Million"

There's a movement afoot in the UK, of all places, where online groups have assembled with one common goal: to stop BeYaki from covering Aaliyah's hit single "One in a Million". One group on Facebook called "Stop Beyonce from Covering Aaliyah's One in a Million!!!" is over 6,500 members strong with new members signing up everyday.

These protests will most likely fall on BeYaki's deaf ears because, as you know, BeYaki does what BeYaki wants and ruins classic songs or outright steals songs at will.
