Industry Insider: 'The National Enquirer Story Did It'
An industry insider who is close to usher's camp revealed the real reason behind usher's surprise cancellation of his wedding to his former stylist Tameka Foster. "My sources are saying The National Enquirer Story did it, and the wedding was called off last night," said the insider in a text message to me.
Another source debunked the theory that usher found out Tameka was behind the National Enquirer story and shared a part of the payment with her sister Valencia Foster. "The National Enquirer story is real," said my source. "Tameka wouldn't settle for [less than $1,000] for a story when she's set to make millions being married to usher."
Tameka Foster is said to be "furious" at last night's surprise cancellation of her wedding.

I think usher and tameka are crazy but I think its sad for anyone who plans a wedding and then have to cancel it at the last minute for any reason..im sure she's devestated. Regardless shes pregnant and wedding or no wedding she will be paid so usher needs to warm up his cold feet fast. :-)
Unfortunately for Usher or fortunately, many of us feel like we are his family members from a distance and want to protect him.
Things just seem so wrong on the surface...it's like trying to make someone you love or a friend try to get help for an addiction, and they won't get it, because that drug or gambling habit is so powerful. They are like a mad man or woman, deranged, in denial.
There must be a large grain of truth to all of these rumors. There is nothing wrong with marrying a woman with a made up family. But, if the relationship developed on deceit and lies...it's destined for failure.
If they can lie and cheat to be together how can they receive blessings from those that matter. On the wake of the Beenieman marriage debacle, which has fallen apart due to deceit, infidelity, and abuse claimed this week, I thought about Usher's plight...thinking, oh well, this wedding is another one that most likely won't last a year also.
He can do some much better. I was prepared to never buy another album, ticket etc., and I think many other people were also. So if he wants to maintain his lifestyle...when he makes choices like that, he should keep them out of the public eye.
Supporting him would directly be supporting her. And many can't stomach that. Miss "I had my own money before Usher." Yeah, but you didn't have "Usher money."
I don't know if her motivation was money...but I all can think of is this old saying "No amount of travel on the wrong road will bring you to the right destination."
I hope he can recover from this IF he really does not marry. 'Cause, I still think he is a great entertainer, with more room for growth. Who knows...they could already be married.

I still find it hard to believe that Usher found out about her past from the tabloids. Especially since it's so "well known within the industry" that she's a thief. And then, for him be so "shocked" that he'd call off the wedding? Come on.
Maybe he just got sick of her and all of "her people" soaking up his spotlight. lol

I happen to know someone who sold a story to the NE and was only paid $4000, but was promised that if the story got a lot of attention that they would then pay out 6 figures.
I doubt very seriously that Tameka had anything to do with the story in NE. I mean why would she? The story ruined her credibility and ultimately ruined her marriage.
Oh well, he still has a baby on the way with her so he might as well marry her anyway. Not only that, he should be really embarassed that he's taken this who Tameka Foster thing so far, now he's going to cancel, hahahah.
Let's just hope for her sake the baby is infact HIS.

As cut throat as TF is, are we to believe that her sister was trusted enough to be invited to a private dinner, but then immediately sold out to the Enq. without Tameka having a clue??? Whatev. I don't put anything past a convincted scam artist, or her fam. lol
No matter, whether she was in on the story or not, IF she is preg., she is still set to get paid by the Usher dynasty. Cancelled wedding, secret wedding, or no wedding.
I pray that things come to a peaceful end, but who knows!

I am sooo happy for Usher that he is seeing the light because he was headed downhill fast. I pray that things will get better for him and he will pick back up and be better than before. This should be a hot album...he certainly has alot to write about!! I hope he gets custody of the kid when it is born because this chick is obviously certifiable

Did anybody know that that oldest kid of Tamekas is 19 or 20? I know that this happens all over the world all day long but how do you marry somebody that close in age to your kid? I thought all her kids were young. Juicy tidbits just keep spilling out of this one.

Tameka's oldest child is with her deceased drug dealer boyfriend from when she was a teenager. The other two are from the ex-husband and the current bump belongs to Usher, supposedly so that's 4 kids and 3 baby daddies.
