This video reminds me of the hilarious jail scene from the movie Money Talks starring Chris Tucker and Faison Love.
In the scene, Faison couldn't keep his hands off of Chris who was so self-absorbed in spinning a tale that he didn't realize he was being hit on by his cell mate.

Yes it is Peedi Crack, one of the members of Roc-A-Fella before they Roc-a-fell off...Beanie was high as a kite on that video, but not gay...why they get in each other's faces during some freestyles I don't know...but definitely not homosexual actions there.
